Paddling the Saco River to the Ocean
The Saco River flows from high up in the White Mountains of New Hampshire about 130 miles until it reaches the Atlantic Ocean at Camp Ellis, Maine. Mike Morin and I decided one day that we should take paddleboards and leave from here and go to the ocean. It took 4 and a half days.

One thing that pushed us to do this we got a small grant from an organization called Rivers for Change.
They support small and large expeditions that connect people with river with a focus on trips that go from the source to sea.
